Our dev team was dealing with inconsistent typography and manual Tailwind class management across multiple projects, which slowed down the delivery and introduced design inconsistencies.

Goal

I wanted to streamline the handoff from Figma → Tailwind, automate typography token exports, and ensure all products used consistent, scalable styles.
